Why are candles so powerful?
Fire has been around since the beginning of time, and we humans are naturally drawn to it. The flickering flame of a candle has the ability to calm, soothe and create an atmosphere of peace in which to reflect. Add this to the scent of the candle burning and you have a pretty powerful combination. Candles play huge part in spiritual ceremonies and are often a welcome addition to meditation sessions or deep, relaxing baths too. This autumn, allow candles to become part of your daily routine as you snuggle up for the evening – what could be better?
The Little Soap candle range
Because we love candles so much, we pour our hearts and souls into our beautiful candle range. All of our candles are artisan eco-soy and we have two signature fragrances – English Lavendar and Rose Geranium. We only use pure essential oils to fragrance our candles, so you can rest assured that nothing nasty will be coming out when you burn them!
Because our candles are hand poured, using natural soybean wax (which is biodegradable and sustainable), they’re non toxic and will last longer than a regular paraffin wax candle. So get ready for even more long, cosy nights in this autumn!
As an aside, our candles are just as important to us as our soap range. Every ingredient has been full researched and we’re confident that the end result is as good as it gets. The eco-soy wax we use is 100% GM free with absolutely no pesticides or herbicides used during any stage of the cultivation process. Soya beans are a renewable source and because the candles are biodegradable you have yourself a truly eco-friendly product.

Since we know that essential oils have different properties when it comes to healing the mind, body and spirit, it stands to reason that our candles have the power to do the same. The two essential oils we’ve chosen for our candles are perfect for this time of year…
