Job Title: Full Time Office Administrator
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Job Purpose: Your role will be to assist our small office team with day to day activities and supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Reporting to: Finance and Operations Manager
Skills Required: You will need to have proven experience as an Administration Manager, and understanding of office management procedures and health and safety, risk assessment, have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, be familiar with financial management principles and be proficient in IT.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for liaising with customers, suppliers and associated companies – Good IT literacy including Microsoft Office, WordPress and Xero.
A professional approach with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
