Job Title: Full Time Office Administrator

Location: Broadway

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £18,000

Job Purpose: Your role will be to assist our small office team with day to day activities and supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

Reporting to: Finance and Operations Manager

Skills Required: You will need to have proven experience as an Administration Manager, and understanding of office management procedures and health and safety, risk assessment, have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, be familiar with financial management principles and be proficient in IT.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for liaising with customers, suppliers and associated companies – Good IT literacy including Microsoft Office, WordPress and Xero.

A professional approach with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.


Available in all the top end supermarkets, and growing year on year, Little Soap Company is looking to expand the team to take us to the next stage of our exciting journey as we grow the brand and launch into more national and international stores over the coming months.

Our products are the best we believe they can be and our small team matches this aim. We need you to possess a positive and outgoing personality, be confident, enthusiastic, motivated and have a genuine empathy and understanding of the necessities of organic skincare.

Applicants for the role must be savvy and have bags of common sense. We are as far from the word corporate as you can imagine and need team players – we’re a small team who turn their hands to all things to help one other out.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Computer literate competent use – Microsoft, Google Drive, Xero, WordPress

  • Proven experience in project and diary management.

  • Full driving licence and ability to run errands and attend events where needed

Principle Tasks & Responsibilities

  • General Office Administration

  • Handling Customer enquiries

  • Operational Support

  • Managing Soap School  Bookings

  • Customer Care / Sales Support

  • Such additional tasks as may be required for performance of the role
