Healthy Easter Nests

Easter is not Easter without a chocolate nest, right? So here’s how to make the healthiest yet most delicious you ever tried! All you need is:

  • 40g coconut oil, melted
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • shredded wheat
  • grapes

Combine the coconut oil, cocoa powder and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well. Then add enough shredded wheat to soak up the chocolate, so that all the shredded wheat is covered and you have what resembles a ‘nest’. Divide into cupcake holders and pop in two or three grapes (these are the eggs). Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
