Scrub up for silky, soft skin

What better way to feel gorgeous in your own skin? We LOVE this coffee and coconut scrub and we just know you will too. All you need is:

  • 30g sea salt
  • 30g cup ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

To make, simply mix all ingredients together and apply to the body in the shower. Massage in slow circular movements and rinse well. Follow with a luxurious moisturiser.

Why exfoliate?

A good exfoliation will help to rid the body of dead skin cells, which if left on the body can cause the skin to become dry and flaky. Build up of dead skin cells also hampers the body’s ability to renew and refresh, so its a good idea to do this regularly. Show your skin you love it!

Soak your troubles away

We love a good bubble bath (you may have guessed that!) and we love a good aromatherapy soak now and then too. The ultimate indulgence. Get some candles going, some music, and lie back. Here’s our recipe for a wonderful Valentine’s soak… 5 drops of geranium essential oil

  • 5 drops of geranium essential oil
  • 5 drops of pink grapefruit essential oil
  • 5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

You want to add the essential oils while the water is running, and make sure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Soak for around 20 minutes, ideally without interruptions!

Why take an aromatherapy bath?

Besides the obvious, taking an aromatherapy bath can do wonders to lift your spirits, soothe the body and unwind the mind at the end of the day. The perfect way to be kind to yourself this Valentines!

Pamper your tootsies

A good foot soak is the ONLY way to show your feet some love! And after all, we all have such busy lives rushing about here, there and everywhere, so our poor toes really do take the brunt of it all. And they’re often the last things we think of when it comes to pampering. So this Valentine’s Day, make a point of paying them some attention! All you need for this relaxing foot soak is:

  • 130g Epsom salt
  • 1 gallon hot water
  • 1 teaspoon niaouli essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced

To make it, you also need a large tub or a foot spa. First you need to dissolve the Epsom salt in the hot water, then in a small bowl, mix the essential oil with the honey. Next add a little of the hot saltwater to the mixing bowl and stir until the honey has dissolved. Then add the lime juice,  pour the mixture into your tub or foot spa, and add the remaining hot saltwater. Then sit back and relax!
