We are delighted to announce that Little Soap Company has been honoured with the 2026 King’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainability, one of the UK’s highest honours for business.
We are one of just 36 organisations recognised nationally this year within the sustainability category, so it is a huge moment for us.
The award recognises our commitment to sustainable development: a principle that has guided every product, ingredient, supplier and operational decision since Emma began hand-crafting soaps in her Cotswold cottage in 2008.
A King's Award for Enterprise is a real honour, especially following our Queen's Award for Innovation in 2022. We are incredibly proud of our team here at Little Soap Company, past and present. The team’s dedication and passion have taken Emma’s idea from a kitchen table start-up to a nationally recognised brand leading the way in sustainable soap. We are so proud of what has been achieved over the years and what we will continue to do.
This award shows that a small UK business can drive large-scale environmental change through everyday products. We have proved that sustainability doesn't have to mean compromising on quality and can be accessible for every budget.
We’ll definitely be taking a moment to celebrate (and my goodness we will celebrate over the next year), it’s something we’re all very proud of. But we’re not standing still. There’s still so much more to do, and we’re as committed as ever to doing things the right way, with care, integrity and purpose, driving positive change across the whole industry
