We’re a passionate bunch and always on the look out for new people to help us achieve our mission!
Our Culture
We’re immensely proud of our heritage. Our story and spirit underpins everything we do. As we have evolved and grown, so have our values, but they have always remained aligned to our original purpose, vision and mission. We think our values are important as they help us to continue to build a strong team foundation and an even stronger company culture.
Our values help us make great decisions, challenge each other and drive how we work with each other. They are the foundation of everything we do, we work together to enable us to thrive, achieve our goals, work at our best and most of all be a great place to work.
Our People
We believe things always work better when we work together. So, we put as much energy into building good relationships with each other, our suppliers, and the local community, as we do our soaps and our customers.
We love what we do and we have fun doing it. It’s the reason people join us, and its what motivates us to work each day and give our best.
“There’s work and there’s your life’s work."
“The kind of work that has your finger prints all over it. The kind of work that you’d never compromise on. People don’t come here to play it safe. They come here to swim in the deep end. They want their work to add up to something. Something big. Something that couldn’t happen elsewhere.”
