A little about the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation
The foundation was set up to spread a little joy, simple as that. In their own words: "Scientific evidence shows us the positive effects of doing kind acts for others as well as receiving or even witnessing kindness. The point is this: making yourself useful is a great and easy way to spread a little kindness during lockdown. Reach out to friends, family and neighbours and ask if they need help. Offer your services and let them know you're there if they
