What is a detox?
A detox is simply a short period where we eliminate certain foods and toxins from our diet, in order to cleanse the body and set ourselves back on track with a healthier lifestyle. For some, it can be intense. It can mean an end to a lifetime of bad habits. The end of caffeine, alcohol, fast food and sugar. For others it can simply be cutting out one or two things from the diet so that you can adapt your eating habits a step at a time. It might be that you're drinking more coffee than you used to, or it may be that you have a sweet tooth that you want to curb. Either way, a detox does not need to painful. Think of it more as a way to embrace a new beginning, and NOW is the ideal time to do it!

 - 1 tin of tuna in spring water
 - dash of olive oil
 - green salad leaves

- 1 salmon fillet
