Nothing can dim the light which shines from withinBeauty is not only skin deep, we all know that. But beauty starts with the skin. And what you put on your skin goes deep down too. We care. We care about what you put on your skin, into your body. We care about the world we live in too. We don't want to fill our rivers and oceans with the left over toxins and rubbish from our cosmetic indulgences. We want the world to turn and turn, fuelled on love and consideration. This is why we created Little Soap Company. We want everyone to know the joys of feeding the body with natural ingredients that support and protect the world we live in at the same time as nourishing and caring for ourselves. With this is mind, we wanted to share with you three super simple all natural face mask recipes that you can make
at home. Enjoy!

Greek Yogurt three ways...
Greek yogurt makes a wonderful base for a face mask, and we're rather partial to it with a spoon too! But that's another post. For now, here's how to use it to make three different masks, depending on your skin type.
dry skin: Mix three parts greek yogurt with one part olive oil and one part mashed avocado. This makes a beautifully hydrating mask that you apply using a gentle circular motion. Leave on the skin for up to ten minutes, then rinse well and pat dry. Finish with your usual moisturiser.
acne prone skin: Mix three parts greek yogurt with one part mashed banana and one teaspoon turmeric. This will give you a wonderful anti-inflammatory mask that will soothe and protect your skin against break outs. Apply to the face and rinse well after ten minutes.
dull skin: Mix three tablespoons greek yogurt with the juice from half a lemon, one tablespoon honey and one teaspoon cinnamon. This gives you a mask with powerful antiseptic properties. Do test this one for sensitivity before you apply.

Gently hydrate
If you have sensitive skin, the last thing we want you to think is that any natural ingredient is fine because it doesn't contain chemicals or toxins that can irritate and cause soreness. Actually, you still need to be just as careful with natural remedies- so please do test out the recipes first! This one should be fine for just about all skin types though, providing a gently hydrating mask you can use any time.
You need:
- Half a cup of raw ground oatmeal
 - Half a cup of lukewarm water
 - Half a cup of milk
 - One tablespoon organic honey
