Registration Little Soap Company Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner as a data controller and processor, this data is used for the delivery of contractual services (i.e. supply of goods and HR services to our employees) and for marketing purposes (our email newsletter). How and when do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you make a purchase from our website or if you opt in to be added to our email newsletter list.
When you placed an online order with us, until April 2018 at www.littlesoapcompany.co.uk, you were automatically added to our customer mailing list, but could unsubscribe as soon as you received your first newsletter. From May 2018, customers have the choice to double opt in via online purchasing, our website or social media links. Everyone who has done this can opt out by unsubscribing at any time.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect include your name, address, email address if you opt in to the newsletter option. If you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
